This Privacy Noticeis for www.dogsout.co.uk and is served by Ceri Foscoe of "I Let the Dogs Out!" 8, Carleton Rise, Welwyn, Hertfordshire AL6 9RA.  It governs the privacy of those who use this website and / or the services  of "I Let the Dogs Out!".

Definitions:
"I", "our" or "we" refer to the business "I Let the Dogs Out!"
"You" or "the user" refers to the person(s) using this website, clients and potential clients of "I Let the Dogs Out!"

Processing of your Personal Data
We are registered with the ICO under the Data Protection Register (Reference Number ZA378195)
Under GDPR we control and/or process personal information about you using the following lawful bases:
Consent:
 - When you express an interest in our services we record your personal details such as name, address, telephone number(s) and email address in order to contact you and respond to your enquiry.  During any subsequent consultation or conversations we may record additional personal information pertinent to your requirements.
Contract:
 - When a client enters into a contract with "I Let the Dogs Out!" we have a legal and other obligations (including but not limited to a duty of care to you, your dog(s) and your property) which requires us to keep a record of personal information.
We will continue to hold your personal information and to process it until i) you withdraw your consent or ii) for up to three years from your initial expression of interest in our services or (if longer) iii) for up to five years from the date when you last utilised our services.

Personal data may be held in paper records and / or electronically.
We will not share your personal information with any third party unless it is with your prior consent (for example in the event of an emergency requiring treatment by a vet) or for the purpose of introducing you to other providers of canine services in whom you have expressed an interest.

"I Let the Dogs Out!" may also be required to provide your details to providers of legal and / or insurance services in the event of a liability or other insurance claim.

If, as determined by us, the lawful basis upon which we process your personal information changes, we will notify you about the change and any new lawful basis to be used, as appropriate.  We shall stop processing your personal information if the lawful basis is no longer relevant or applicable.

the right of rectification;
the right to erasure;
the right to restrict processing;
the right to data portability;
the right to object; and
the right not to be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.
